A passito-style white made from grapes dried in wooden crates through late autumn.

Tasting notes

Bright straw yellow with gold flashes, warm and intense aromas, and a sweet, persuasive palate of very long persistence.

Dry desserts such as cantucci, sablé cookies or almond paste, cakes with dried fruit or spiced ones such as panforte
