Nice Brut Rosé

By Roberto Sarotto, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy

Roberto Sarotto Nice Brut Rosé

The rosé of the estate's classic-method Nice range.

Tasting notes

A soft rosé tending toward coppery, with a fine, dense and persistent perlage; intense raspberry and cherry notes with delicate bakery nuances, and a creamy, savoury finish.

Pairs well with

As an aperitif, with delicate cured meats such as prosciutto crudo or culatello, soft cheeses, tuna tartare, sautéed shrimp or grilled octopus
