Nàos
By Cantina Sociale di Nizza, Nizza, Piemonte, Italy
Dry, fruity Dolcetto d'Asti for everyday drinking; the name refers to the sweetness of the grape, not the wine. Dolcetto 100%, 12.5% vol.
Tasting notes
Lively ruby red with violet reflections and a delicate nose rich in violet and cherry. Dry and graceful, with a slight almond note. Moderate body and acidity.
Pairs well with
Pasta and risotto, mushrooms, stewed meat and vegetables; antipasti, first courses and grilled meat. The house suggestion is pumpkin tortelli in the Mantuan style. Not with fish.
