Tasting notes

Lightly sparkling, young and brilliant, an intense bright ruby red. Winey notes, red fruit and lingering morello cherry on the nose. Savoury, full and harmonious on the palate, enlivened by a light spritz.

Pairs well with

Versatile enough for a whole meal: as an aperitif or with Monferrato country cooking, superb with bagna cauda. Unusual pairing: meat empanadas or chicken curry.
