Tasting notes

Sweet sparkling wine of soft ruby red with a fine perlage. Elegant aromas of rose, raspberry and wild strawberry typical of Brachetto. Aromatic, delicate, harmonious flavour.

Pairs well with

With dessert and fruit salads, especially red fruits; for the bold, an evening aperitif with Parma ham or filetto baciato.
