Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow colour. Fruity bouquet with notes of white flowers. Sapid, distinctive, long palate with notes of peach, banana and apple.
Pairs well with
Good for aperitivo, brunch, antipasti and fish dishes; best drunk young.

- Guyot training, 215m above sea level, yield 100 quintals of grapes per hectare; Chardonnay grapes selected from south-facing vines on the San Nicolao hill
- Vinification
- Pressed and the must clarified with enzymes, racked to remove lees, then selected yeasts added to start alcoholic fermentation. Rests 20-25 days on fermentation lees, chilled and racked until clear; residual sugar triggers a light natural sparkle in the Linea Sant'Evasio bottling.
