Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights. Floral, delicate bouquet with notes of pineapple and peach. Dry, fresh palate with good body, balanced acidity and a fruity finish.
Pairs well with
Good for aperitivo, brunch, antipasti and fish dishes; best drunk young.

- Vinification
- Pressed and the must clarified with enzymes, racked to remove lees, then selected yeasts added for alcoholic fermentation. Rests 20-25 days on fermentation lees, chilled to 12°C and racked until clear, then bottled.
