Sweet
Brachetto d'Acqui
By Cantina Sant'Evasio, Nizza, Piemonte, Italy
A sweet, lightly sparkling Brachetto d'Acqui grown on the San Nicolao hills and around Acqui Terme.
Tasting notes
Medium-intensity ruby red leaning to light garnet or rosé. Delicately aromatic bouquet, characteristic of faded rose with musk notes. Sweet, soft, delicate, pleasantly frizzante palate.
Pairs well with
Desserts and dry pastries; also good for an unusual aperitivo.
