Cantina Sant'Evasio's everyday Barbera d'Asti, grown on the estate's San Nicolao hill and aged in stainless steel for a fresh, youthful style.

Tasting notes

Ruby red colour. Vinous, clean, intense bouquet. Lively, smooth palate with an immediately noticeable sour-cherry note.

Pairs well with

Good with a whole meal, especially first courses with pulses or filled pasta, risottos, meat main courses and fresh or lightly aged cheeses.
