Rosé
Ivrosè
By Cantina Sant'Evasio, Nizza, Piemonte, Italy
A rosé made from Dolcetto vinified in white, named Ivrosè and inspired by a line from Baudelaire on wine and intoxication.
Tasting notes
Intense pink colour. Fine, delicate bouquet centred on persistent wild berry aromas with pleasant orange peel, rose and cumin notes. Elegant, velvety palate of excellent structure, with pleasant, delicate spice, sweet almond and yeast notes giving harmony and notable length.
Pairs well with
Good for aperitivo, pasta, pizza, white meats and fish.
