By Renato Buganza, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
Freisa d'Asti Superiore aged at least 12 months in 500-litre oak and bottled unfiltered. Part of the family's Radici e Filari line.
Tasting notes
Ruby red tending to pomegranate. Very pleasant taste, still tannic but velvety, soft and round. Can be served decanted or with its sediment, in the peasant tradition.
