Metodo classico sparkling wine from Arneis and other native grapes grown in Guarene.

Tasting notes

Brilliant, lively straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, abundant, persistent perlage. Intense, very fruity nose with notes of bread crust. Soft, properly savoury and very fruity on the palate.

Pairs well with

Fish dishes; also an aperitif.

Vinification
Soft pressing with immediate separation of must from skins. In March of the following year it ferments at controlled temperature by the classic method, with a slow second fermentation that brings out the aroma of the native grapes. Alcohol 13%, residual sugar 9 g/l.
