Dolcetto from vines planted in 1955 in Alba, kept in steel.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Sweet notes of berry jam and almond on the nose. Pleasantly tannic, fresh, soft and balanced on the palate, with the typical almond note.
Pairs well with
Cheeses, meat, pulses, starters and first courses.

- Vinification
- Six days of fermentation with manual punch-downs and délestage, then steel for malolactic fermentation. Five months in steel and three in bottle. Alcohol 12.5 to 13%, total acidity 5.0 to 5.5 g/l. Ageing potential 3 years.
