Renato Buganza La Giga

Arneis left on its yeast for six months, made in 1,500 to 2,000 bottles a year. Named after an old dance. Part of the family's Radici e Filari line.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Rich nose of acacia and broom flowers, fresh white fruit, apple, pear and almond. Dry and harmonious, with a pleasant acidic streak that gives freshness and persistence.

Pairs well with

Aperitif, pasta and rice dishes, savoury cheeses and pies; the producer likes it with rice, Castelmagno and hazelnuts.
