Roero Arneis DOCG from 100% Arneis planted in 2011, a selection of the estate's best grapes with batonnage on the lees. 13.5% alcohol, about 2,500 bottles; ageing potential 2 to 3 years.

Tasting notes

Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh fruit such as peach, apple and banana on the nose. Complex structure, with fresh, soft acidity, harmonious and sensual on the palate.

Pairs well with

Fish dishes, fresh starters and aperitifs; also vegetable dishes, white meat and cheeses.
