Langhe Nebbiolo DOC from 100% Nebbiolo planted in 1982, kept in steel. 13% alcohol, about 3,000 bottles; ageing potential 8 years.

Tasting notes

Ruby fading to garnet as it evolves. Small red fruit such as raspberries and wild strawberries, also peach, plum and local flowers. Medium-bodied, with a sweet, enveloping tannin.

Pairs well with

Meat sauces and starters such as knife-cut raw beef.
