Tasting notes
Garnet verging on cherry red, with a scent recalling the soil, then delicate red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry and finally rose. Pleasant, lively palate with a gentle tannic grip.
Pairs well with
Starters of white meat and cured meats, and first courses.

- Grapes are destemmed and crushed, then ferment in steel tanks at 28 °C for about 10 days, with pumping over and punching down to extract colour without losing the typical aroma; malolactic fermentation follows. At least 4 months in bottle.
