A lightly sparkling sweet white from 100% Arneis, 6.5% alcohol with 70 g/l residual sugar. About 2,000 bottles are made; ageing potential 1 year.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh floral nose of white and citrus blossom. On the palate a fine, lasting perlage and the aromatic structure typical of Arneis, followed by a sweet finish.
Pairs well with
Fruit tarts, semifreddo and creams.

- Vinification
- Grapes are destemmed and pressed, then fermented with natural yeasts in an autoclave at 15 °C for about 10 days. Fermentation is stopped when the wine reaches 6.5% alcohol, leaving 70 g/l residual sugar. At least 2 to 3 months in bottle.
