DaBatiè
By Poderi Gianni Gagliardo, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy
DaBatiè is a Langhe Nebbiolo grown on the notably sandy soils of the Roero, giving it a crisp, savoury profile distinct from Langhe Nebbiolo grown on Barolo or Barbaresco's stronger soils.
Tasting notes
Talks of the chalky sands it comes from: ripe, warm vintage tones well balanced by its characteristic flavour and savouriness.
