White
Cortine
By Piazzo Comm. Armando, Alba, Piemonte, Italy
A single-vineyard Roero Arneis from the Cortine cru in Guarene, planted on marly soil with sandy infiltrations that give the wine its mineral, zesty character.
Tasting notes
Colour: crystal-clear, straw-yellow with subtle lime-green highlights. Nose: elegant and floral, with subtle notes of fresh, white-fleshed fruit. Taste: dry, fresh and harmonious.
Pairs well with
First courses, fish; also good with charcuterie and cheese board, vegetables and sushi
