A straightforward, everyday Dolcetto named after Cascina Buran, a farmhouse near the winery bought by Armando Piazzo in 1995.
Tasting notes
Colour: bright ruby red with purple highlights. Nose: fruity and floral, the characteristic aroma of new wine straight after fermentation. Taste: delicate, vinous and long.
Pairs well with
Charcuterie and cheese board, soup; also good with spicy fusion cuisine, first courses, hamburger, pizza, poke and roast chicken

- Crushing of the grapes and separation from the stems. Fermentation and maceration on skins in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine spends about 6 months resting in stainless steel tanks, after which it is ready for bottling.
