Red
Aiman
By Piazzo Comm. Armando, Alba, Piemonte, Italy
A Langhe Nebbiolo blended from vineyards around San Rocco Seno d'Elvio and Guarene, including the Cortine vineyard, made for early, easy drinking rather than long ageing.
Tasting notes
Colour: a clear, bright ruby red with very slight garnet highlights. Nose: fresh and fruity with a delightful hint of spice. Taste: freshness and an easy-drinking style prevail, especially when served at the right temperature.
Pairs well with
First courses, aged cheeses, vegetables; also good with spicy fusion cuisine, poke, pizza and roast chicken
