Tasting notes
Straw yellow, bright; dense soft abundant foam with continuous persistent bubbles. Intense persistent nose, complex and pure, a light note of toasted hazelnut with mineral and floral hints. Firm, intact, delicately acidic palate with almond and citrus; yeast notes.
Pairs well with
Frank flavours for demanding palates: every lunch, fine foods such as raw seafood.
