Tasting notes
Pale straw colour with delicate greenish glints. Intense, long, continuous, persistent nose, from fruity to floral depending on the stage of evolution. Broad, savoury palate with flint; almond and walnut on the finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitif or whole meal: fish, crustaceans, seafood, white meats, noble poultry and light roasts; good with international cuisine, especially Asian (sushi).
