La Scolca La Scolca d'Antan

Made only in great vintages from the vineyards that also supply the Etichetta Nera, then rested for at least ten years in steel on its native lees.

Tasting notes

Intense pale straw colour. Intense, long, continuous nose with honey, hazelnut and toasted almond. Typical palate with slight mineral notes turning to flint, with walnut, exotic fruit, grapefruit, butter, saffron and candied citrus.

Pairs well with

Whole meal, after dinner and for contemplation: flavourful cheeses, meat pâté, oysters and crustaceans.
