Tasting notes
Golden colour; naturally clear through static settling. Intense, long, continuous nose, warm and soothing, soft and elegant, with toasted hazelnut, light smoky shades, pastry and mineral notes. Typical palate with slight minerality turning to flint; walnut and toasted almond on the finish.
Pairs well with
Whole meal, after dinner and for contemplation. Flavourful cheeses, meat pâté, crustaceans, oysters, risotto.
