La Scolca Rosachiara

A rosato from Cortese and Pinot Nero made together, 11.5 to 12% alcohol depending on the vintage; released in the spring after harvest.

Tasting notes

Typically cherry-pink with bright coral glints. Intense, ethereal yet delicate nose, orange blossom and dog rose; also raspberry and mandarin. Harmonious, broad, savoury palate with slight roundness and long softness.

Pairs well with

Aperitif; with grilled or sauced fish and white meat throughout the meal.
