Tasting notes
Light, bright colour with dense soft abundant foam and fine continuous bubbles. Intense persistent nose, fruity first then delicate floral. Dry, full, firm and fresh palate, velvety, with almond, toasted almond, honey and candied fruit.
Pairs well with
Aperitif and important lunches; also after lunch and for contemplation.
