A sweet passito from white grapes dried on the vine, fermented for at least 36 months in small wooden casks.
Tasting notes
Golden colour tending to amber. Intense, complex bouquet rich in acacia flowers and honey. Pleasantly sweet, never cloying, leaving a persistent note of vanilla and candied fruit.
Pairs well with
Perfect on its own; goes well with desserts and chocolate, and with aged cheeses.
