Tasting notes
Brilliant red tending to garnet. Intense, ethereal bouquet with notes of red berry fruit and spice. Full, soft, well balanced and refined, with elegant tannins.
Pairs well with
Perfect with red meat, lamb and cheeses; goes with rich first courses such as risotto and egg pasta. A perfect after-dinner companion.

- Vinification
- Destemming and crushing. Traditional fermentation at controlled temperature for about 10-15 days, with pump-overs to extract the polyphenolic substances. Matured in large 55 hl Slavonian oak casks, then aged in steel until bottling. A second page for the same wine states at least two years in large Slavonian oak and six months in bottle.
