Red
'L Me Vin
By Fratelli Casetta, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A Langhe Rosso built on the old Piedmontese custom of bringing Barbera and Nebbiolo together at harvest, from Canale.
Tasting notes
Red colour with garnet reflections tending to purple. Pleasant bouquet recalling ripe fruit and plum jam. Elegant structure, well balanced with light tannins. Long finish with marked fruity notes.
Pairs well with
Very good with the whole meal; perfect with rich starters, red meat and cheeses of medium ageing.
