Cortese from hills near the Ligurian Apennines, grown only in the commune of Gavi and aged in steel.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. Elegant bouquet recalling flowers and fresh fruit, with notes of lemon. Fragrant, dry and well balanced on the palate.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif; perfect with starters, fish and shellfish, white meat, light first courses and pizza.

- After soft pressing, the must is separated from the skins and fermented at low temperature, after refrigeration and static settling. Matured in steel and cold-stabilised before bottling.
