A Favorita from Corneliano on the sandy Roero hills; the site cites the Counts of Vezza and Guarene cellar books recording Favorita vinification from 1676. 12.5% vol.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow colour. Intense bouquet recalling flowers and fresh fruit. Pleasantly dry on the palate, elegant and well balanced. 12.5% vol.
Pairs well with
Excellent as an aperitif; perfect with starters, fish and shellfish, white meat, light first courses and pizza.

- By hand, between the first and second week of September
- Vinification
- After soft pressing, the must is separated from the skins and fermented at low temperature, after refrigeration and static settling. Matured in steel and cold-stabilised before bottling.
