Fratelli Casetta Alta Langa

Metodo Classico sparkling wine from Pinot and Chardonnay grown at 400-600 m, with a second fermentation in the bottle.

Tasting notes

Straw-yellow colour with a very fine, persistent perlage. Deep aromas of fruit such as peaches and pears, and fresh bread. Pleasant on the palate with good acidity. Persistent finish with a sensation of freshness.

Pairs well with

Excellent as an aperitif, and a great wine to accompany every course.

By hand, at the end of August and beginning of September
Vinification
Soft, gentle pressing; the clean must settles statically in temperature-controlled tanks, then ferments at low temperature in stainless steel. In May a second fermentation takes place in the bottle, followed by maturation on the yeasts in a cool, protected environment, following the rules of Metodo Classico.
