Tasting notes
Intense red with purple reflections. Intense, fruity bouquet typical of cherry and plum. Full and persistent on the palate, well balanced. An elegant wine with a pleasant fruity aftertaste. 13% vol.
Pairs well with
A perfect wine for the whole meal. Goes well with cured meats, pasta, risotto, legume soups, meat dishes and cheeses.

- Destemming and crushing. Traditional fermentation at controlled temperature for about 8-10 days, with pump-overs to extract the polyphenols. A short ageing in steel tanks before bottling.
