Langhe Nebbiolo from south-facing hills at 200-300 m, with only a brief passage in wood. 13.5% vol.

Tasting notes

Brilliant red with garnet reflections. Delicate bouquet with notes of red berry fruit and spice. Elegant with good structure, velvety and well balanced. 13.5% vol.

Pairs well with

Excellent with every kind of cuisine; perfect with red meat, game and rich first courses such as risotto, filled pasta and legume soups. Very good with cured meats and cheeses.
