Sermine comes from mature Chardonnay vines, giving a wine of real structure and complexity, international by nature but Piedmontese at heart.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow. Intense, complex nose ranging from floral to fruity, with hints of nuts. Dry, full-bodied and well-balanced on the palate, with long flavour.
Pairs well with
White meat and vegetable starters, grilled and oven-baked fish, fresh cheeses.
