Red
BricdelBaio
By Ca' del Baio, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
BricdelBaio draws on the estate's best Nebbiolo sites outside the Barbaresco crus, distilling the Grasso family's production philosophy into an approachable Langhe Nebbiolo.
Tasting notes
Characteristic garnet red. Delicately fruity nose of wild berries and raspberry jam. Dry, warm and well-balanced on the palate, with a nicely tannic finish.
Pairs well with
Piedmontese classics from hand-chopped steak tartare to tagliolini with meat sauce, plus grilled meat, roast beef and medium-mature cheeses.
