Made from grapes grown on the estate's historic plot number 101, this is Ca' del Baio's traditional festive wine.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Intense, aromatic, varietal nose with apricot and linden blossom. Sweet and light on the palate, with good acidity and a long, fresh finish.
Pairs well with
Sweet breads (brioche, panettone), cream and Chantilly-based sweets, fruit desserts; also pairs with preserved fish, soft cheeses and cold meats.
