Tenuta La Meridiana Tra la Terra e il Cielo

An elegant Barbera aged in French oak barriques, balancing an intense, fruity body with good acidity and easy drinkability.

Tasting notes

Deep violet with garnet reflections. Intense aromas of spirit-soaked cherry and wild berries, elegantly integrated with vanilla, coffee and chocolate notes from oak aging. Powerful and profound on the palate, with notable structure, vibrant acidity, and velvety tannins leading to a long, persistent finish.

Pairs well with

Typical: boiled meats, roasts, aged cheeses. Top: tajarin with truffle, Florentine steak. Unusual: dark chocolate.
