A fresh, mineral white wine, well suited to aperitifs and fish dishes.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow with greenish reflections. Intense fruity aromas of green apple and banana, with white floral notes. Light and highly drinkable, with refreshing acidity.
Pairs well with
Typical: aperitifs, oily fish, shellfish. Top: spaghetti alle vongole (clams). Unusual: dolmadakia (stuffed vine leaves).

- Vinification
- Hand-harvested grapes in 18 kg crates are gently pressed. The must is clarified by flotation and fermented at a controlled temperature of 12-16 C. Bottling takes place in March following the harvest. Alcohol 12.5% vol.
