A partially fermented, lightly sparkling sweet rose wine, refreshing and aromatic, meant as an after-dinner glass or with dessert.
Tasting notes
Ruby red in colour, with aromatic notes of rose and red berries. Sweetness takes centre stage on the palate, supported by fine bubbles and lively acidity.
Pairs well with
Typical: dessert, fruit salad. Top: blueberry panna cotta. Unusual: salami.

- 4,500 vines per hectare, yield about 10 t per hectare, guyot training, 250 m altitude
- Vinification
- Grapes are gently pressed and the must is clarified by flotation. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in autoclave and is interrupted, once about 6% alcohol and 2 bar of pressure are reached, by cooling and filtration, to preserve the wine's natural sweetness and aromatic intensity. Alcohol 6% vol.
