Tasting notes
Bright pink in colour, with intense aromas of red berries and rose. Fresh and light on the palate, with vibrant acidity and a pleasant fruity finish.
Pairs well with
Typical: aperitifs, vegetarian pasta dishes, fish-based dishes. Top: sushi and sashimi. Unusual: pizza with vegetables.

- 4,500 vines per hectare, yield about 10 t per hectare, guyot training, 220 m altitude
- Vinification
- Hand-harvested grapes in 18 kg crates are gently pressed. The must is clarified by flotation and fermented at a controlled temperature of 12-16 C. Bottling takes place in March following the harvest. Alcohol 12.5% vol.
