Tasting notes
Aromas of dried grapes, deeply concentrated and intense, offering an enveloping and seductive experience. Sweetness takes centre stage on the palate, supported by a dense, velvety, smooth texture with a long, persistent finish.
Pairs well with
Typical: dessert, cheeses. Top: panna cotta with sour cherries. Unusual: bread and Nutella.

- Vineyard planting
- 4,000 vines per hectare, yield about 4 t per hectare, guyot training, 250 m altitude
- Vinification
- Grapes are dried on the vine before harvest, naturally concentrating sugars and aromatic compounds. At the winery, the grapes are crushed and fermentation proceeds slowly and gradually due to the high sugar concentration. Alcohol 12.5% vol.
