A sparkling (frizzante) white wine with a fine, creamy mousse and a delicate floral bouquet.
Tasting notes
Light straw yellow color with a fine, creamy mousse and a delicate scent with pleasant notes of white flowers. Lightly almond scented, soft, full and harmonious on the palate, with good, elegant structure.
Pairs well with
Ideal as an aperitif and with light starters.

- Hand-harvested in September.
- Vineyard planting
- Guyot training, 4000 vines per hectare, vineyard age 20 years.
- Vinification
- The grapes are hand-harvested in September with immediate gentle whole-bunch pressing, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation at around 16 to 18C. The following spring the wine undergoes a second fermentation in autoclave up to 2.5 bar; after a brief aging on the noble lees, it is bottled isobarically in 0.75 l bottles.
