Tasting notes
Straw yellow color with green highlights, bright and intense. The bouquet is very broad and elegant, with pleasant floral and balsamic notes, pronounced fresh fruit and typical minerality. The palate is dry and lively, warm and full-bodied, persistent and savory, revealing an undertone of flint and fresh hay.
Pairs well with
Pairs with mollusks and shellfish, sauced or roasted fish, flavorful first courses and white meats.

- Vinification
- A cold maceration of about 48 hours precedes fermentation. This takes place at 14 to 15C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; the wine then matures for about 10 months, still in steel tanks, staying on its fermentation lees throughout aging with weekly batonnage.
