Tasting notes

Light straw yellow color; on the palate the impact is pleasant, fresh and fruity with notes of apple and pineapple. Good body, pleasant and enveloping, mostly soft with a good savory backbone.

Perfect with meat and fish starters and light first courses.

Vinification
Vinification begins with gentle whole-bunch pressing using a state-of-the-art press. Fermentation is started with selected yeasts and takes place at about 18C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After alcoholic fermentation there is a brief period on fine lees with light stirring.
