Tasting notes
Intense, deep ruby red color. The bouquet is rich, with a pleasant, lightly herbaceous finish. The palate is dry, full, robust, harmonious, velvety, with good, elegant structure.
Pairs well with
Pairs with game, truffle fonduta, red meats and aged cheeses.

- Vinification
- This wine is born from blending the estate's three red wines. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, carried out separately for each wine in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the wines are blended in small wooden vats, followed by about 10 months of aging before bottling.
