Intense ruby red color. The bouquet is pleasant and elegant with light notes of fresh fruit and sour cherry. The palate is dry, full, harmonious, with good, elegant structure.
Pairs well with
Pairs with game, red meats, flavorful first courses and aged cheeses. Serve at room temperature.

- Guyot training, 4500 vines per hectare, average vine age 35 years.
- Vinification
- Alcoholic fermentation takes place with skin maceration, alternating pump-overs and delestage, preceded by gentle crushing and destemming. It proceeds at about 26C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is then triggered at controlled temperature with the help of selected bacteria.
