Tasting notes
Bright, deep red color. The bouquet is intense, pleasant and elegant with light notes of fresh fruit and ripe bell pepper. The palate is dry, full, harmonious, with good tannic structure.

Pairs with game, red meats, flavorful first courses and aged cheeses.

- Guyot training, 4500 vines per hectare, vineyard age 20 years.
- Vinification
- Alcoholic fermentation takes place with skin maceration, alternating pump-overs and delestage, preceded by gentle crushing and destemming. It proceeds at about 26C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is then triggered at controlled temperature with the help of selected bacteria.
